Chelated Iron from ferrochel®

Most iron supplements are poorly tolerated and commonly lead to digestive issues such as nausea, stomach discomfort, bloating, flatulence, and diarrhea or constipation. Our formula uses Ferrochel®, a patented form of amino acid-bound iron that is clinically shown to absorb well, prevent side effects, and restore iron levels effectively.

Chelated Iron from Ferrochel®

Iron supplementation is increasingly important in the context of modern diets. Many common food choices today, such as highly processed grains, low-quality meats, and iron-blocking additives, either lack bioavailable iron or impair its absorption.

For adults over 50, even when iron is present in the diet, reduced absorption, chronic inflammation, medications, and impaired stomach acid can block its assimilation.

Women of reproductive age, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and older adults are commonly at risk because basic lab work can show “normal” levels, while functional deficiency remains undiagnosed.

Supplementation with iron like in this formula restores and maintains optimal iron levels without discomfort, making long-term use safe, practical, and necessary for the following core reasons:

  • Systemic Protection. Iron is essential for preventing iron-deficiency anemia and supporting healthy growth, cardiovascular protection, mental and physical stamina, fertility, and dozens of other functions tied to oxygen and cell regeneration.

  • Reduced Risk of Side Effects. Unlike typical iron salts, this formula delivers enhanced absorption without the usual side effects—no stomach discomfort, bloating, gas, constipation, or diarrhea.

  • Optimized for Absorption. The bisglycinate form of iron is clinically proven to raise and maintain blood iron levels effectively and safely.

  • Drives Dnergy Production. Iron plays a direct role in cellular energy production , the chemistry that generates ATP, the body’s main source of usable energy.

  • Required for Hemoglobin Synthesis. Hemoglobin synthesis depends on iron. Without it, your red blood cells can’t deliver oxygen to tissues, which impairs every metabolic process in your body.

  • Structural Metabolism. Iron also supports amino acid metabolism, collagen formation, and the synthesis of carnitine—a compound needed to transport fat into cells for energy.

  • Pregnancy and Lactation. Iron needs increase during pregnancy and breastfeeding to support fetal development, placenta formation, and maternal blood volume. Deficiency during this time is common and can lead to fatigue, low immunity, poor recovery, and developmental risks.

  • Quality Breast Milk. Adequate iron is essential for producing nutrient-rich breast milk. Low maternal iron can compromise milk quality and iron transfer to the infant, increasing the risk of developmental delays, poor weight gain, and early-onset anemia in the baby.

  • Anti-aging. Iron supports tissue oxygenation, mitochondrial function, and cellular repair—all of which decline with age. Maintaining optimal iron levels helps preserve energy, cognition, muscle strength, and immune resilience, making it a key factor in healthy aging.

WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

To prevent accidental overdose in children, this supplement is packaged in a container with a child-resistant safety cap.

How to take

Take one capsule with your first meal of the day, along with your multivitamin and sublingual B-12. This timing stacks all the required cofactors together and takes advantage of higher digestive activity throughout the day.

Unlike conventional iron salts, this chelated form does not interact significantly with calcium, so there’s no need to avoid calcium-containing foods or supplements when taking it.

Swallow with a room-temperature water. Do not use hot beverages to prevent stickiness in the oral cavity and esophagus.

This supplement is not intended for use in children under 18. Girls who have reached menarche may take it under the supervision of a healthcare provider.
