If you are the kind of person who wouldn't be
playing Russian roulette with a loaded revolver, why would you gamble
your life and savings away with diabetes or pre-diabetes? The only excuse — you didn't
know that it is possible to reverse them. Well, now you know!

Free Seminar in Seven Parts
Part 1: How is it possible, what proof do you have?
Technically, type 2 diabetes isn't a disease, but a
syndrome — a collection of symptoms related to diet, obesity, and
lifestyle. It is also considered a functional disorder, meaning there
are no underlying physical pathologies inside the body to cause it.
Therefore, in early to mid-stages of type 2 diabetes, diet changes,
weight loss, and lifestyle modifications are all that is needed to
completely recover from this dreadful condition.

Part 2. The Role of Weight Loss in Reversing
pre-diabetes and Type 2 Diabetes
Weight gain, pre-diabetes, and diabetes, all happen to
be “disorders of carbohydrate metabolism.” Thus, if you eliminate the
causes of one related disorder, the other ones usually eliminate
ithemselves as well. Unfortunately, losing weight and reversing diabetes
isn‘t as easy as simply pursuing a fad diet. Here are the true reasons
behind this challenge, and additional insights into the role of weight
loss in reversing metabolic disorders.

Part 3. The 12 Rules of Safe And Effective Weight Loss
for patients affected by pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes
Popular weight loss diets, such as the Atkins diet,
South Beach, Ornish, Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers or Nutrisystem, have
not been specifically designed for patients with pre-diabetes or type 2
diabetes. In fact, non-specific weigh loss diets may actually exacerbate
the progression of diabetes, increase the severity of complications, and
promote an even greater weight gain. My diabetes-specific weight loss
program avoids these perils by observing the following twelve rules.

Part 4. Seven Steps Behind Weight Loss Program For
Diabetes Reversal
The usual weight loss diets work like this: eat less,
exercise more, and pray for the better. The diabetes-specific weight
loss program works like this: A realistic weight loss plan comes first.
Second, transition away from the diet that has caused your weight gain
in the first place. Third, reduce hunger and appetite naturally. Fourth,
eliminate sugar cravings. And, fifth — optimize energy and structural
metabolism to enhance weight loss. When the first five steps are
completed, eat less and exercise more in step number six until your
weight becomes normal, and diabetes — over and forgotten. The final
step, number seven, is reserved for making sure not to repeat the same
stupid diet that had made you overweight and/or diabetic in the first
place. Watch...
Part 5. How To Overcome a Weight Loss Plateau And
Ensuing Diet Failure
Diets fail because their promoters intentionally
obfuscate the loss of actual body fat with the loss of phantom body
weight made primarily from the reduction of food volume, body water, and
stools in the first few weeks of any restrictive diet. What comes next
is known in the trade as the “weight loss plateau” — a stubborn
inability to lose weight while dieting, and the primary reason behind
diet failures. To avoid becoming a victim of this well-practiced
swindle, please Watch...
Part 6. Why Do You Need a Professionally Prepared Weight
Loss Plan?
A professionally-prepared weight loss plan sets forth
realistic weight loss goals, estimates the duration of your diet,
anticipates possible complications, devises a proper transitional diet,
sees you through the loss of body fat to your target weight, eliminates
diet spoilers, and helps to avoid medical errors. Starting a weight loss
diet without such a plan is akin of taking a bicycle tour around Europe
without a passport, money, map, cell phone, and dictionary. If you
already know how badly that trip is going to end, why, then, commence a
diet that you know in advance is likely to fail and make you even
fatter? Watch...
Part 7. Come-on, Konstantin, Diets Don‘t Work! What Does
Make Your Program any Different?
Reasonable people ask reasonable questions. Indeed, if
you already have failed one or more weight loss diets, why would this
one perform any better? Pretty simple — my program outperforms popular
diets because it doesn't overpromise and doesn't make the same
logistical, clinical, and physiological errors that they routinely do.

On Weight Loss vs. Health Loss
Weight loss vs. health loss!
I am not against fat as this may come across from my
particular take on the Atkins Diet. Truth is — dietary fat is an
essential nutrient, and it is an important part of my program. Also, I
am not against protein—
it is every bit as essential as fat is. And I am not against
carbohydrates — they provide functional energy for the brain, blood, and
central nervous system, and protect muscles and bones from wasting. So
what I am against?
— Well, my specialty is analyzing diets based on their technical
merits, quantitative metrics, and qualitative results — an approach that I refer to as
forensic nutrition. This
kind of analysis isn't relying on the publishers' hyper-inflated claims,
or cherry-picked testimonials, or bought up celebrity endorsements, or “paid to order”
clinical studies, but on the boring and mundane review of
physiological minutia,
such as calories intake vs. energy output, fluids
circulating inside the entrails, undigested foods inside the
stomach and small intestine,
the volume of stools queued up in the large intestine en route to the gutter, and
so on. Continue...
How To Sign-up For My Program
You are unique, and not a single reputable weight loss
counselor, myself including, can tell you in advance what kind of
diet-breaking exceptions may be happening throughout the entire length
of your weight loss program. This level of uncertainty goes up with age,
extra weight, and pre-existing medical
conditions. Continue...

Greetings!
My name is Konstantin Monastyrsky. I am a medical
writer and the author of this site. My expertise in forensic nutrition
and digestive disorders is behind a no-fail weight loss program
specifically designed to prevent and reverse pre-diabetes and type 2
diabetes.
If you already happen to have any one of these two
conditions, I don‘t have to tell you just how insidiously awful they
are. The damage starts with medication side effects, and keeps piling on
with weight gain, an ever present risk of heart attack and stroke,
decreasing eye sight, impaired memory, liver and kidney damage, and on,
and on, and on…
I know the experience firsthand! Back in 1996, still
only 42, my life was rudely disrupted by type 2 diabetes, which was
caused by my obsession with high carbohydrate diets.
— I was bloated, miserable, and in constant pain!
— I went up from size 32
to size 40, and gained almost 30 pounds in less than two years!

Passport pictures don't lie... Actual photographs from 1987 (33 years
old, size 32, weight 150 lb) and 1997 (43 years old, 176 lb, size 40).
The video above was taped on June 24 of 2010, at the age of 55, and I
was about the same size and shape as in 1987.
— I could not sleep during the night because my
bladder was overflowing, my mind was agitated, and my feet and hands
were tingling.
— I could not function well during the day because I
was wasted from the sleepless night before!
— I could barely walk because of the terrible pain in
my knees and ankles caused by the gout!
— I had to drive mostly with my knees because a
severe case of carpal tunnel syndrome made holding the steering wheel
too painful!
— I almost lost my marriage because I was prone to
fits and rages at the slightest blight!
— Adding insult to injury, I lost a flourishing
business venture because I didn‘t have the energy or stamina to run it!
As luck had it, — I graduated from a medical school in
Ukraine with a pharmacy degree, so I wasn‘t scared to look for salvation
outside the box.
Well, after 14 years of extensive research into the
causes of diabetes, and four groundbreaking books on metabolic and
digestive disorders later, I am slim, fit, and diabetes-free. I can
sleep, I can walk, I can drive, I can type, I can live a normal life,
and, finally, I can share my expertise with you.
My diabetes reversal program is patterned after the
Diabetes Prevention Program [link]
— a massive clinical research study funded by the National Institutes of
Health. [link]
Also, the effectiveness of my approach has been
confirmed by the outcomes of the “Weight Achievement and Intensive
Treatment Program [link]” developed by the
Joslin Diabetes Center [link], an affiliate
of the Harvard Medical School.
Just like at Joslin, my program relies on weight loss
and lifestyle counseling to accomplish the seemingly impossible,
particularly with conventional treatments:
● First, it brings down to norm the level of your blood
sugar and insulin without drugs or side effects;
● Second, it causes a profound loss of body fat, so your
weight and body size return to normal.
● Third, it restores peripheral circulation, normalizes
your blood pressure, improves heart, liver, and kidney functions, and
reverses atherosclerosis, all without drugs. Your doctors can easily
confirm these improvements with basic medical tests.
● Fourth, my program restores your sleep and
improves your energy, so you can keep up with the demands of your work
and family.
And so it goes until you are back or close to norm,
depending on your age, shape, and the degree of prior damage.
My program is also safe, natural, and economical. It
will save you a ton of money on medical bills, drugs, foods, and lost
opportunities from not being well.
I realize you are skeptical like hell because it all
sounds unbelievable. Well, to address your well-meant doubts and
legitimate concerns, I recorded a free seminar in seven parts entitled “How
To Reverse Pre-diabetes and Type 2 Diabetes With a No-Fail Weight Loss
Diet.” It explains my program in painstaking detail, and
provides all relevant references to the academic and clinical sources
behind it.
To help you even more, I also wrote an extensive Q&A
section that addresses the most frequently
asked questions about the ins and outs of my program.
Based on what I know by now, I can tell you with the
absolute certainty of a diabetes survivor: learning from this seminar
will save you from the indignity of a stupid death from a disease that
can now be safely reversed in full in up to 80% of all cases. All things considered, permanent weight loss is just an
extra bonus!
Please, watch it right now!
Program availability
Our diabetes reversal program isn‘t available at the
present time because it is still in production and is pending a
treatment trial. We expect its earliest public availability by the
middle of 2011. Please visit this page often for additional details and
